「介護殺人」を阻止したい

・孤独死，餓死，介護疲れの無理心中/殺人といったことを報道で聞く度に胸が痛みます．ああ，どうして誰かに相談しなかったのだろうという思いでいっぱいです．（市役所に相談しても，餓死した北九州の事例もありますが）せめて，自分の病院のある地域では，このような事が無いようにと，当院が駆け込み寺的になろう，何でも相談にのろう，地域からのＳＯＳをキャッチしよう，待つだけでなくコチラから地域へ出ていこうという事で，全ての職員が一度は地域へ出ようといった方針をだしました．

・『月間介護保険』という雑誌の，２００８年７月号（No.149）に「レポート「介護殺人」を阻止できるかー背景にある深い心の闇－」といった記事が載っていました．この中で，日本福祉大学の加藤悦子准教授の調査が載っていました．平成１０年から平成１９年の１０年間で，３５０件，３５５人が死亡しているそうです．こんなに事件が多いとは驚きです．加藤氏の著書『介護殺人ー司法福祉の視点から』というのに実態及び分析等が詳しいみたいで，また，買って読んでみようと思います．（あーっ，また，本が増える）

・この記事で，気になった部分を以下，少し引用します．

「介護疲れによる虐待や放置，心中の恐れなど，介護者と要介護者との関係に何らかの問題が見られる場合では，介護者は自分が困っていることを明確に訴え，事態の改善に向け動くことはできないかもしれない．さらざまな危機状況に直面するうちに疲れ果て，状況を打開することができなくなっているかもしれない．・・・」

←誰かが，声をかけてあげる，聴いてあげるということが必要でしょう．

「・・・とくに要介護者から『あなたは誰』と言われたときの家族のショックは計り知れない．」

←このまえ亡くなった私の祖母から「アンタ誰や」と言われたとき，さすがにショックでした．「アンタの孫や」と応えてみたモノの．．．

「・・・やさしい言葉をかけてもらうだけで精神的な疲れは緩和され，次の日もがんばれるのです．」・・・逆に親戚や小姑的な厭味な言葉には，精神的疲れが１００倍になってしまうのだという．・・・「介護する人を非難してはいけない．」

←実際，こういう状況を日常でみますよね．

「介護殺人」を阻止するのはおせっかいおばさん！？（こみだしです）

←おばさんだけでなく，おせっかいおじさん，おせっかい姉さん，おせっかい兄さん，そしておせっかい病院です．

・この記事を読んで，私の提起している病院の方針は，あながち間違いではないなと少し自信を持ちました．

小生も認知症になった親の首に手をかけたことがあります。その後病院で亡くなりましたが。当時は今以上に相談する窓口さえなく、顔だけ知っている精神科の医師に相談したところ知人の院長に連絡していただき、無理やりストレッチャ-にくくりつけ、救急車に押し込んで搬送してもらいました。
本当に介護、特に認知症の方の介護にもっともっと財政的な配分をして個人の負担を減らさねば、働き盛りの労働力も失うことになりかねません。国の大問題であると思います。

＞Paul Carpenter様，大変でしたね．でも，相談できる人がいて良かったですね．現代の問題は，孤立化が進んでいて，相談できる人がいないということが，問題だと思っています．
