大気汚染と循環器疾患

・前回「チーム・マイナルろくでなし」とお遊びの記事を書いたので，本日はまじめに．

・大気汚染が呼吸器疾患に影響をあたえるというのは有名な話ですが，循環器疾患への影響については，どれだけの医師が知ってるのでしょうか？こう書いている私も細かいことは良く知りませんが．．．

例えば，こんなんあります．

高血圧，糖尿病合併患者において，大気汚染と心血管疾患による救急来院の増加は関連する（SOPHIA Study）。

 

・つい最近の文献で，以下のようなものがありました．どうも大気汚染と深部静脈血栓症が関係あるようです．ただ，わたくし，Abstractしか読んでいませんので，あしからず．

Exposure to Particulate Air Pollution and Risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis

Conclusions  Long-term exposure to particulate air pollution is associated with altered coagulation function and DVT risk. Other risk factors for DVT may modulate the effect of particulate air pollution.

カーボンナノチューブと中皮腫の関係が、現時点で私がどうのこうのと言える立場ではありませんが、どのようなものでも、新しい物質には何らかの未知のリスクがあるという立場で扱う必要があると思います。上であげました、日本のブログで厚生労働省が通達をだしたことを書いていますが、妥当なことではないかと思っておりますが．．．
