過労死弁護団全国連絡会議第２０回総会に思う

・標記集会が，9/28，29と高知であり行って参りました．ご縁があり，１時間「過労死に取り組んできた一臨床医の経験と教訓」といった表題で講演させていただきました．

・講演の内容は，

自己紹介   経験と教訓    弁護士さんに知っておいてほしいこと   弁護士さんに望むこと   終わりに

と，いったもので，ボチボチこのブログで紹介させていただきます．

・参加者は６１名で，うち弁護士５４名，司法修習生２名，全国過労死を考える家族の会（つまりご遺族）５名でした．多くの方と交流できて楽しかったです．

・参加しての若干の感想を．

過労死問題は，残念ながら弁護士さん達がリードしてきたと思います．ここで残念というのは，医師がリードしてきたわけではないという意味です．最初に取り組んだ弁護士さんは，ホント何もない原野を切り開いてきてご苦労だったと思います．（高知市民が北海道に移民して北見市を築いていったのに似ていますね．）そういった先輩弁護士を見て若手弁護士がこの運動に加わっているというのが，よく分かりました．とってもうらやましい．医者の方は，過労死に取り組む人間がすくなく，なかなか若手が育っていない．大阪の事件の医学的意見書を，岡山の私の所までわざわざ弁護士さんが依頼に来られるわけですから．．．どうしたら，過労死，職業性疾患にとりくむ若手医師を育てることができるのでしょうか？（そもそも全ての医師の不足があるのですが）

弁護士さんは，元気がよい．私も元気をいただいて帰ってきました．
