男性医師も女性医師の会へ：講演会のお知らせ

・まだ、正式な紹介がすんでいませんが、私の同僚にDr.　Jという女性医師がおられます。詳しいご紹介は、またの機会にして、今回の話題の関係でご紹介すれが、恐れ多くも岡山県医師会の女医部会の幹部であらせられます。

・7/29に女医部会があり、その中で下記のイベントがあるそうです。

山崎麻美先生講演会

演題：女性医師の勤務環境改善のとりくみ

日時：平成１９年７月２９日(日）１５：００～１６：００

会場：　岡山衛生会館中ホール

Dr.Jはその時に座長をされるそうです。私にも来てねと誘われましたので、今のところいくつもりです。でも、参加する男性医師が少ないとヤダナ．．．多くの男性医師も参加しましょう！

・女性医師の勤務環境を議論する場合、女性医師のみでなく、男性医師も議論に当然参加すべきと私は思っています。（当然対等平等に、です）当然お互いの労働条件や勤務のあり方を話し合うのです。話し合いの中で相互理解が進むと思います。でも、実際医療機関でどの程度議論がなされているのでしょう？

・講師の山崎麻美Dr.が書かれた本『子どもの脳を守るー小児脳神経外科医報告』（集英社新書、２００７年）を読みました。最初、「テレビ脳」や「ゲーム脳」を絡めた子育ての話かなと思いましたが、全然違いました。病気を持つ子どもと家族の話＋αです。毅然とした態度で手術に臨む女の子の話や、親に心配をかけまいとけなげに振舞う男の子の話が印象深く、また、病気をもつ子どもを残して先に死んでしまう母親の話には、ちょっと泣いてしまいました。現在ほとんど高齢者を診ている私に、違った世界を教えてくれた本でした。

・何はともあれ、女医部会の講演会に男性医師も参加しましょう！

私も自分のブログ内に女医のカテゴリーを持っています。最近は女医に関して書いていませんが、妻が女医なので女医さん頑張れ！の姿勢です。
