・ＪＡＭＡのpatient pageに悪性リンパ腫がありました。その中で、リンパ腫の危険因子について下記のような記載があります。
Environmental factors—exposure to certain chemicals, including some pesticides, solvents, or fertilizers.
私の持っている古いハリソン(15版）716ページにも以下のような記載があります。
A number of environmental factors have been implicated in the occurence of non-Hodgkin's lymphpma, including infectious agents, chemcal exposrures, and medical treatment. Several studies have demonstrated an association between exposure to agricultural chemicals and an increased incidence in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
つまり、殺虫剤や有機溶剤、肥料、農薬等が危険因子となるということです。（関連して、nitrateの地下水汚染によるrisk増加の論文もありました。）
悪性リンパ腫をみても当然職業を聞きましょう。特に農業をしている患者さんです。農薬、除草剤、肥料の使用を聴いてみましょう。ついでに、National Cancer Institute
