スーパードクターＫ(漫画の話）

・「スーパードクターＫ」という漫画は、名前は知っていましたが、読んだことはありませんでした。先日、仕事の帰りに寄ったコンビニで５５０円で売っていたので、買ってみました。「父の遺志編」です。この漫画は、ウィキペディア（Wikipedia）でみてみると、かなりの長期連載であり、人気があったのでしょう。

・ところで、私は、心の広い人間です。だから、医学漫画で実際には「ありえない」と思っても、たいていは許します。奇形嚢腫というものからピノコができても、鏡を見ながら自分の腹の手術をしても、船上で虫垂炎の手術をしても、ボールペンで気胸の応急処置をしても...許す。

・しかしこの漫画の第一話(カルテ１となっています）「８年前の真実」というのは、「許さんっ！」と傲慢にはいいませんが、「いかがなものか」というか、かなり問題だと思います。

・何が問題か？癌の患者の痛みにモルヒネを使おうとした若き日の「Ｋ｣に父親がモルヒネを使うのは「医者として敗北だ」といったり、その父の友人も「麻薬治療というのは患者の正常な意識と体力をうばってしまうのだ！」といっています。一般の人がコレを読んで、信じてしまったら困ります。つまり、麻薬にかんする間違った知識を植えつける恐れがあるのです。（オマケにいうと、患者さんが痛がっているのに、なんら痛みの処置をしていないようです。）

・それから、もう１つ問題と感じるのは、「安易にモルヒネにたよるなんぞは医者として敗北だ」という感覚です。これは、「敗北」とかいう感覚は、変な「プロ」意識だと思います。ここで、連想したのは、『ブラックジャックによろしく』で心臓外科医が輸血せずに手術する場面です。輸血せずに手術するにこしたことはありあません。でも、たしかその場面、医者としての意地のようなもので、輸血をしなかったのでは無いかと思います。（記憶が定かでないの、まちがっていたらご指摘ください）自分の腕、意地なんかで患者さんに苦痛をしいたり、危険な状態にさらすのは本当のプロではないでしょう。

・もう一度いいますが、この第一話、モルヒネに対する間違った知識を「普及」するということでは、問題だと思います。

こんにちは、TACUと申します。

確かに、まんがなどの影響を受ける方々は多いですからね。
ただ、フィクションが前提のまんがでも影響を受けることを考えると、週刊誌やテレビ番組の影響は・・・
そっちの方も心配ですね。
