小脳手術で嚥下障害

　脳疾患と嚥下障害は切っても切れない仲だ。

　脳梗塞で嚥下障害が残るのは良くあることだし、小脳であっても会話や食事、運動に影響が出るのは避けられないだろう。

　この患者さんは年齢が40代だ。
　様々な福祉の制度は若年者には使いづらくなっている。
　グループホームやケアハウスに限らず、若年者向けの就業とリハビリ･機能維持の施設があっても良いのではないか。
　最低賃金で従業員を使っても赤字なコストダウンの世の中であるから、福祉施設に採算性を求めることがあってはならない。福祉事業所の手作りパンが超巨大な山崎パンの工場に勝てるわけがない。
　こういった事業は市町村や県に負担を任せるのではなく、国が積極的に財源をバックアップしてくれると良いのではないか。

　しかし、今、介護の現場に暗い影が忍び寄っている。
　民主党が新しい仕分けを開始し、
　高齢・障害者雇用支援機構
　福祉医療機構
　労働政策研究・研修機構
　労働者健康福祉機構
　国立病院機構
　医薬品医療機器総合機構
　医薬基盤研究所
　年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人

　こういったものをつぶす予定である。
　「無駄をはぶけばいい」という人がいる。無駄とは何だ。無駄な職員とは誰だ。
　民主党は無駄とは利用者のことだと言いたいのだろう。

　国が財源のバックアップをしないわけだから、利用者のサービスは下がるしか手が残されていない。

　事業仕分けで福祉の未来が暗闇に閉ざされる前に、仕分けというたわけた茶番にストップをかけたい。

　小脳の腫瘍（しゅよう）の摘出手術を受けた後、嚥下（えんげ）障害（食べる機能の障害）などの後遺症が残ったのは、新潟市民病院が初期の段階で精密検査をせず腫瘍の発見が遅れたことと、新潟大学医歯学総合病院の手術ミスが原因だとして、新潟市中央区の４０代男性が、両病院をそれぞれ運営する同市と同大を相手に、約１億３４００万円の損害賠償を求める訴訟を新潟地裁に起こしたことが６日、分かった。
